Yes, the fedex guy threw my package up over the balcony rail and the grill! Luckily that wasn’t something that could be damaged…

    FedEx once left my passport out on my front steps, even after I called them several times and arranged for me to pick it up (once at a local kinkos, once at their warehouse.)
